That tradition of excellence continues today as Harry Tanen the owner and president personally oversees every detail of construction. He, like the founders of Tanen Homes, is a "hands on" builder who learned his craft form the ground up. As a teenager he worked in the field during the summer months. Harry graduated with honors from Florida International University in construction management.

In 1976 Harry Tanen formed Tanco Construction Co., Inc. He has built numerous custom homes in Wellington, and Atlantis Florida. He has done additions, remodeling, and major repairs in Delray Beach, Wellington, and Miami.

Tanco Construction has built over 200 homes in the acreage of Royal Palm Beach, and West Palm Beach, as well as Jupiter Farms, and Delray Beach Florida within the past 3 years.
